Top 10 trending phones of week 49

Chip, 13 December 2021

Motorola took the honor of becoming the first manufacturer to officially announce a smartphone with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen1 flagship chipset this week. Unsurprisingly the Edge X30 immediately rose to the top of our trending chart, dethroning the Redmi Note 11 Pro.

Samsung's Galaxy A52s managed to fend off the other new Moto phone to retain its place on the podium, while the Edge S30 settled for the fourth position.

That pushed the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max to fifth and the Redmi Note 10 Pro down to sixth. The Galaxy A12 and Poco X3 Pro and behind those two in that order.

The third Samsung phone on the chart in week 49 is the Galaxy S21 Ultra and it sits in ninth, while the Redmi Note 11T completes the list to make it four Xiaomi-made phones in the top 10.

Redmi Note 11 Pro+ and the Apple iPhone 13 are the two members of last week's elite to miss out this time.

According to this site, the top phone (Motorola Edge X30) has no headphone jack or expandable storage

I'm sure people who are paying €15 for a mobile plan would be willing to pay more for a better phone All the cheapskates are using the much cheaper plans
