Really unique phone with quality hardware. I have had Ulefone phones before and they do update their software. You should expect at least one upgrade to Android 15 when it is out. I would like a camera with more resolution but as the iPhone shows us, megapixels aren't everything. It does have digital stabilization and enough resolution for typical use. For people looking to unlock bootloaders, remember all your security is gone once you do that, You are better off with the stock phone. This is a specialty market phone. Rugged but small to fit in a regular pocket. The specials will come on AliExpress over time.

Dimensity 6300 SoC and plain 50mp camera. Really entry level specs. Could have at least used a better processor. Keeping this little hammer 🛠️ of a phone as bare bones as possible.

Woah! I wish I could see this phone in person. I love small phones, I currently rock an SE 2022.
If this was cheaper, I'd want to check it out. The massive battery would make this perfect for my friend, who also likes small phones, but can't afford phone repairs. Her phone battery only lasts a few hours.

Why do these rugged phone makers keep putting more glass on the back of their phones? Big glass camera covers & rear screens? Makes no sense, more glass = more easy to break points, why not small individual round camera covers, the leds can be covered with plastic, Rear screens are for Samsung or Apple not supposed rugged phones, I like is only one cam plus the flir but I had a few phones with flir & or night vision and after a few showing off thermal pics to friends I had no real regular use for it, on really good camera is all a

Nice answer from Ulefone to the Unihertz Tank Mini.
Dimensity 6300 SoC not too bad. More on the entry level side. Average camera. Would have been better to drop the thermal for a better photo camera though.
All in all, nice intro into the mini form factor.

shame it has crap camera and no software support, if they would have unlockable bootloader I wouldn't care much about software, but you can't fix crap camera, other than that dream phone - great dimensions, big battery, enough internal storage, enough RAM, jack, mSD card slot, but sadly ain't gonna compromise on camera, so would rather do compromises in other areas with Pixel 8

Looks good. Can you unlock bootloader on all ulefone devices by default? Hassle free? Could a caveman do it?

I mean, not the worst "compact" phone, but give me a mainstream "non-rugged" flagship with good software support (and good skin), and flagship specs, with the size of an Xperia Ace III, since this may feel too much like a brick.

Finally Ulefone has an answer to the Blackview N6000 and Doogee SMini. 6300mah battery will keep it on the thicker side though. Better regular camera, OLED display would have been a better option than the thermal camera. At least the shock and water resistance are great though.

Very sall but very thick reason it came with 6300 mAh bettery and 300 grams.
