If by any chance you have unlocked the bootloader and the camera stops working, the solution I found to this is going on the Ulefone official website and scrolling at the bottom, click on "Software Download", find "Power Armor 14 Pro", click "Download Guide&ROM", download the ROM corresponding to your device specs. Download the SP MDT in "Upgrade tools and USB driver", and follow the "How to reflash" text file instructions. It will install the stock rom to your device, restoring the cameras.

Very good device.
Just be aware that the CAMERAS STOP WORKING if you unlock the bootloader!
This device comes with DuraSpeed preinstalled which is kind of useless since the battery can last long.
You can uninstall using: "adb shell pm uninstall --user 0 com.mediatek.duraspeed"

Have the phone for 2 month now. Realy happy with the battery and the userfriendly OS. waiting for the Android 13 upgrade. Other than that everything works flawless. Nice phone and if you do a lot you need to charge it every 3 days! If you only use it as a phone 5 days is reachable.

Can you tell me the purpose of this phone? ... moreidk i guess some people just like it? like i bought armor 3 a while ago and now i'm looking for a replacment. i just liked how the phone fitted in my hand even though it was thick holding it was more confident. i didn't mind the wieght and the battery was nice.

Wah Wah, wah at this price point, it doesn't get better than this, i pour concrete for a living and this device is reliable as they come. buy a samsung, or an iphone for double quadruple the price...,.. and they'll never make the cut, eve with an OtterBox

about software (android 12) : very disappointed.
- No gesture when screen off such as double-tap to wake screen up
- At minimum brightness and disable adaptive bightness: Screen brightness slowly changes up and down (look like adaptive function are not completely disable), not fixed, really annoying. And if you install 3rd app to set brightness to 0%, it even darker than "extra dim" function, it ridiculous
- Press back button sometime (quite often) vibrate 2 time, it haptic feedback like you double tap, but act normally as single tap
- Bluetooth headet: sometime (rare) disconnect and reconnect
- Fingerprint: whether right or wrong, it vibrate, if right: 1second later screen on, if wrong: nothing and you lost 1second to realize and try again
- All other launcher app: when open recent windows (press recent button) and choose app => will cause stock-launcher (Quickstep.apk) crash and close recent windows => can't use recent function
- Screenshot have sound and have not option to disable sound
- Battery setting: basic, no advance option. Usage history just about ( 30 minutes - 4 hours )
- Charging: if screen on, charge current decrease at 1 Amp
- Incompatible with app need info from charge controller such as AccuBattery, ChargeMonitor. Incompatible with Vanced (swipe brightness function)
- FM radio: doesn't show list of channels at main page with plenty of blank space. And if you hit favourt button, it does nothing
- I tried some code (found online) to enter factory test mode but it doesn't worked
- According to manual, phone only have 1 mic

... moreCheck out Power Armor 13 , it's even 'worse', and believe me, people in the industry really LOVE it. It might not be everyone's taste, but 10-13k batteries, laser beams, shockproof of any magnitude, its pretty cool.
I've seen smaller phones from other brands too.
