Bought the phone 2 weeks ago. Customer support is great. However there is no security update - on 27th of December there is still last update from 5th of may. No updates are pushed!
Everything else at it states in specification is accurate. FLIR is perfect.

      I beleive this phone is the superior mobile phone and is excellent not only as a phone but in many ways in the work place. As always , new items take getting use to. Although technical, The ease of setting up was brilliant.
      I would recommend this phone to anyone who takes being on the move in pleasure or work. This is not a gadget.

          When I was buying this phone I couldn't find any "Western" reviews so I thought I was buying a cat in the bag.

          But as soon as it arrived I was impressed by both the quality of the product but also the packaging it arrived in.

          There is just one small issue, the power on button presses itself in my pants and can restart the phone on its own, which can drain the battery. (My suggestion would be, to make the power button harder and tougher to press, and make a touchscreen sensitivity adjusting option.)

          Besides that, the phone is absolutely beautifully designed, and the FLIR, Microscope, and 108MP camera really top it off. (Also I love the fact that the 108MP camera is not on by default, it helps save the space for regular photos on the phone, and I love the big storage and battery capacity.)

          I also wish there was a walkie-talkie option added to the phone, like in the 20WT.

            What is the resolution on the Flir camera (60x80 or 120x160)

              Does it have stereo speakers and a built-in screen recorder that record sound on both sides of a video chat?
