Mine became unusable after 1 year. Make of that what you will, but generally I will not buy another Umidigi product, as the support for them is non-existent.

KVT, 08 Aug 2024I purchased this model (BISON 1-gen) in early 2020? Aside ... moreI bought the phone at Banggood three years ago. the battery barely lasts 10 hours. battery is inflated. the touch screen cannot be controlled, it performs actions by itself. big disappointment.

I purchased this model (BISON 1-gen) in early 2020? Aside from the red usb cable giving up on me 5 months later, this device has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! I haven't experienced any problems or issues? The battery is still going on strong and the build quality is excellent? The cameras are sourced from SONY (front and rear) so they take really sharp photos, as so does video? I have owned several ruff & tumble phones in my days, but this device is probably the first one I can honestly say, it checked ALL the boxes from quality, ruggedness, features and price! Job Well Done UMIDIGI!!!!
