i like the phone but one thing I don't like about it is that it has really bad viewing angles and the loud speaker is not really loud but when u record a voice the recording is really great and does not have a lot of storge I wanted to install app I wanted

**THIS IS THE ALTERNATE MASTER RESET , this WILL delete EVERYTHING and ANYTHING off of your phone , make sure all MICRO SD CARDS are removed ! Turn your phone completely off , make sure that the battery is removed . PUSH and HOLD down the "VOLUME DOWN" and "POWER BUTTON" simultaneously until a green android man appears . Sometimes it will take you into a "SAFE MODE" , if this happens , turn the phone completely off and restart this process . Once the green android man appears , use both the volume up and down keys to select "wipe data / factory reset" . Use the power button to select . In the next screen select , "Yes-delete all user data". In the next screen select "reboot system now".

this phone has too little internal memory.besides that everything is okay.
