We have a humble request that kindly increment our salary for this period of 2-3 Months (Temporarily). Just for simple calculation, we spend an average of Rs. 50 a day for B’fast & it comes to Rs. 1500 a month. If it comes to meal basically it will be higher. Moreover the price of every commodity is hiking on regular basis & our salary is very limited, it will be a very hard activity to manage the meal by ourselves. Above this, we are working on shift wise of 24*7 company, it will get harder to manage for the same. The management already knows that what kinds of individual are working out here as how they are managing their livelihood.

Besides this we have been facing the problem of late salary disbursement irregularly. Closing canteen will not be acceptable leap from Management. This doesn’t mean that the management is absurd & we don’t want to cooperate. Please try to understand the grievance & kindly review this decision. This will be much appreciated & will be very grateful.

Kindly convey this message to the higher concern too.
