Anonymous, 06 Feb 2016How do you edit contact info?Go into your contacts. Click on the name you want to edit. The symbol on the left side of the screen which looks, right next to the house symbol, click on it and it will bring up the options.

I have to say that I purchased my phone befor I learned that there is no manual that comes with it!This is total B.S. I'm no big time phone expert and half the damn time I can't get this damn thing to remove old calls. Whats the deal, is this a rip off or are you planning to send some sort of operating manual?

My verykool S401 plays music at random times for no apparent reason. I can't tell genuine incoming calls from the random music. It woke me up this morning at 5:30 am for no reason. Also I have lost genuine calls by mistaking the music alert for random music. This thing is a POS.
