Bypass charging, 23 Dec 2024Iqoo 13 direct drive power supply or bypass seems fake Re... moreI tried gaming with bypass charging for 40+ min (girls frontline 2 max setting) and noticed only the top part of the phone heats up(motherboard area). The battery part stays cool, but charged slowly from 80% to 100%. The battery is charged seperately and is not being used by the phone. Kinda legit to me as long the battery isnt being used.

Rafe, 25 Dec 2024I’m not convinced it’s fake, and the reasons you’ve mention... moreBeside using the original 120W charger, I've tried using 65W and 25W PD / PPS charger and even 10W 5V 2A charger and yet it still charges the battery! With those chargers, the battery percentage still goes up when I enabled Direct Drive Power Supply when gaming.

Re... moreI’m not convinced it’s fake, and the reasons you’ve mentioned don’t really prove otherwise. The S8elite uses about 7-8W of power, and the charger delivers 120W. Even factoring in the rest of the hardware, it’s unlikely the total power draw goes beyond 20W at peak. That still leaves around 100W for charging, which is plenty to heat up the battery. Plus, the massive vapor chamber spreads that heat throughout the phone.
So, this doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fake.

Reason The Battery still get charged and also produce heat on demanding games & task while the real bypass charging won't do that kind of problem no heat should in battery unless if it's in SOC or Motherboard that would get heat the most but in Iqoo 13 both Near Camera module and also back of the battery
Clearly a scam feature I don't recommend turn that feature if your using Iqoo Direct drive power supply feature.

Hi, I am a new owner of iqoo 13 for the past 4-5 days. I am also having one One Plus 12. In my area, Jio Private Net wifi connection is available. But I am unable to join this network from iqoo 13 whereas there is absolutely no problem in my OP 12. The SIM card is the same. I have done all the configuration steps. I understand that there is no issue from Jio side.
Does anybody has any solution?

Anonymous, 17 Dec 2024Seem to be a nice. But how good is the camera? camera is nice for photos, video not so much (you could see most reviews for the footage) no 120fps recording too as far as I know
so if you want beautiful photo you still can, video kinda limited in features
