When I looked this phone up in Kimovil, the Neo9S Pro+ has IP64 and the Neo9S Pro only has IP54, is this true?

Great price for specs even with chinese rom.
Maybe its tooc ringe for global use but same can say chinese people about global rom used in Chinese country.

Why aren't these phones being shipped globally so that there can be more options from Samsung, Apple and Google.. It's time these companies start globalizing their phones so that everyone can have different options..
