It continues to get updates to Android 10 OTA and the firmware is now a big step up from this vivo. The global Lenovo ROM is unlikely to be further updated by Lenovo, as was mentioned, but you can find third party developer ROMs if you like to tinker. Both of these phones are good values but new models, more expensive to be sure, are coming out soon.

I'm looking for a budget devic... moreHardware specs for the Lenovo Z6 Pro and the vivo iQOO Neo 855 are very, very similar.
The vivo is a very nice phone but the Lenovo phone was been updated to Android 10 a month ago where the vivo continues to use Android 9 with a somewhat heavier Funtouch customization overlay.
Lenovo/Motorola is continuing to put a lot of resources into software/firmware development and just pushed a second Android 10/ZUI update out this month.
The Lenovo Z5 and Z6 Qualcomm 855 phones came out a lot earlier this year than the vivo so maybe it is not surprising that the Lenovo software development cycle is quite a bit more advanced.
Pricewise, the Lenovo phone tends to be cheaper with numerous promotions as well.

Z6pro or Vivo IQOO Neo 855?
I'm looking for a budget device with good spec atleast not more than $400 bucks. Just bought p30 pro, just need something to pair with.
Initially i wanted to go for realme x2 but only to find out that VOLTE isn't supported by the operators at my region Russia which is a let down for me. They promised to support it in future which likely, might happen or may not. I had the same issue with lenovo P2 which I'm still using till date with the help of custom rom.
I'm not into gaming, just looking for a good mid range device with Ok camera, as to be expected from these type of devices, battery life. Good display such as super amoled, no IPS, not interested.
I understand that with these kind of devices, u only get if possible one major os update.
What are your taught guys on these 2 devices, both support VOLTE out of the box carriers in my region so no issue.
Not to mentioned, SD855 is more power efficient than SD 730G as it uses HMP.
Lastly, if these devices get updated to Android 10 with darkmode support, u get benefit of more power efficiency with super amoled display than IPS as i understood.

Secondary, using SD card can damage your phone if you buy a low quality SD card or you dowloaded a file with a virus. So what they did here is pretty understandable.

Seems there is no probability of launching this device in India.
Secondly Why all Chinese Companies are removing the option of a Memory Card support in their Flagships. Memory card is always a great option to secure your precious data.
Vivo seems to like stable customers who don't like new stuff unlike Realme who likes innovation for their customers.

you can watch the quality camera of google pixel 2 & HTC U11+ these used sony imx362 sensor
& watch quality cam of google pixel3 & mi mix 2s..these phones used sony imx363 sensor

Might buy this rather than rn8pro. Im a solid XIAOMI fan for years but i'm gonna opt out for this. but there's this inferior camera than rn8pro, but overall its a win win. Sd855, ufs 3.0, super amoled. And i'm bored with miui, i might switch once and for all at this ui.
