Yordan, 20 February 2019

The Chinese manufacturer vivo announced a sub-brand named iQOO earlier this month. The company hasn’t revealed any phone until today but finally posted a teaser on Weibo, announcing March 1 as the launch date. We will see the “Monster Inside” at an event, taking place in the city of Shenzhen, China.

The vivo iQOO phone will be “the most powerful ever” if we can trust the image. We already know it will have 12 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and 44W fast-charging, allegedly named vivo FlashCharge, making it the second fastest standard after the 50W SuperVOOC. Since an UD fingerprint scanner was also teased, the front is likely to have an AMOLED screen.

Previous rumors suggested the vivo iQOO will be a foldable phone, but with every single day, we are leaning to our initial guess that this will actually be a gaming handset with a massive 4,000 mAh battery and three cameras on the back.
