That's just something you'll have to get used to when dealing with Chinese manufacturers, not just in the smartphone market, but almost every other market too. Crtl + V and Ctrl + C is their philosophy.
Coming from a Xiaomi fan, I think this is at least a decent offering for the price.
Compared to the redmi ote 10 for 170€ this phone is trash like samsung phones
