even when setting the display on 60Hz the battery still consume same as situation whon on 144Hz?

I'm using IQOO Z1 since early launch till now. The video recording support up to 1080p 60fps and 4k 30fps. Camera with Bokeh function, so beautiful. Full charging takes around 1 hour from 0% to 100% with original 44watt charger. Browsi...
