No 4K, but its due to Snapdragon 695's limitations. Vivo can't do anything about this.
Qualcomm's decision on crippling SD695 by removing 4K, has been discussed online at length.
If 4K30 is important, spend a little more cash and get iqoo Z9 instead.
You also get a better Sony sensor & brighter display, but skip 3.5mm jack & chipset is Dimensity 7200, good enough but its not a snapdragon.

I brought yesterday display is very bad. It looks pixelated despite full hd and 400 plus ppi. My 4 year old ips display looks better.
