Whats happening to your unit is a symptom of an impending battery failure so its time to go to their service centre and get the battery replaced and if you updated the OS to android 9, tell the tech to downgrade it back to Oreo for a better battery effiency and performance.

Impressed by its performance after using it for 3+ years, until the battery fuse problem emerge. It's not common for Vivo phones to have such catastrophic hardware fault and it only occurs to me after 3+ years so it's forgivable, but most probably not going to buy any Vivo phone in the future after such inconvenience it caused.

Same in other customer, it restart even tho its 100 percent i really hate it, i been using this for almost 3 years, and rhe one im getting annoyed and disappointed is its restarting even tho the battery is still fine

I had battery issue with the device after 3 yrs of using it. It will restart if you make call or when you open the camera, sometimes it will restart on its own. I had my battery replaced the phone is still working good.

Vivo team, please do a trial test first on the unit before you release an android OS update. I'm glad that I'm still stuck with Oreo, look at what your updates did to your customers phones.

Yes,as other comments,here the problem for this phone & maybe the issue of the brand also;
1. Camera really bad, some of pictures make people have 4 eyes when they slightly move during snap pic. Upgrade to android 10 make worse - take very long time to open camera (this is real sh1t) & wait it ready to snap picture..
2. No intelligent in its default music player..set it to play random track in the list but after 2,3 songs it play again the 1st song..bad cycle
3. Love the electro equalizer & set it..after some songs, the audio effect suddently changed to 'Deepfield panoramic surround' effect..these keep repeat happen even i change back to other equalizer effect..also happen after upgrade to android 10..
4. StupId developer & technical team..already feedback these issues to them but still not solve the issues.. seem like they also cannot picturizs these in their head..
5. Sometime keyboard missing..no pop up keyboard for key in alphabet in chat, browser, sms & note..need to restart phone to solve it..
6. Screenshot not happen when pressing both power & volume down button in the first attempt..phone not react..i need to press both button again for the second time..

Wtf is wrong with v11i. My phone sudden auto restart without any reason, hangs a lot, camera takes long to focus, apps run slowly, apps crash, poor battery life, etc.
I am lost trust with vivo, never mind vivo smartphone again.
