I know that during its launch Vivo V19 Neo is a mid-range phone and for its price it was worth the money spent. It's been with me running 3 years now and I'm happy it still works perfectly fine. Everytime, I think of buying a new phone for the sake of getting a new one since I thought before replacing your phone should be a yearly thing but Vivo V19 Neo changed my mind. It's very durable and the specs are not too high but highly considerable, the camera quality, the gaming speed, there are few lags here and there but I love it. And before getting a new phone, I always compare it first with this phone & I will be disappointed because the specs of Vivo V19 Neo is better than those current mid-range phones in the market. Hopefully this will last more years with me and that'll be a lot of savings. I just love this phone.

Im i the only vivo v19 neo user having an issue of the network signal? Like it will not automatically go to 4G? When i turn off then turn on my phone, the network signal will go to E+ and also when i remove my sim, when i put it back, the signal will go to E+. It takes a day or longer to that to bring it back to 4G.
And also i cant use network data if i put 2 sims in my phone. Such a hassle for me.

shen, 11 Jun 2022I bought my vivo v19 neo last 2020 and it was ok on its fir... moreWe have the same problem bro but I solved it already. I think this is because of the new update of the phone, isn't compatible to the battery. I already changed a new battery and it works right now.

From V9 to V19 neo since 1st launch still doing good in July 2022...they have regular updates that is cool about this brand. Used in gaming! and Camera is working great! Just have to update my added sd card. Hope this mobile survive for at least 3 years! =]

I bought my vivo v19 neo last 2020 and it was ok on its first year. After that my vivo went crazy,it keeps on and off,it shutdown by itself. I can only use it when it's charging because it will only open when you charge it. I bought my son the same phone,I thought it's only mine that have issue,but the same thing happened to my sons vivo phone after a year of using it. And I've seen so many videos that their vivo v19neo has the same problem like ours.

Good Camera, Fast Speed, Large Battery Capacity
I bought it running Android 10 in January 2020 then it offers me to upgrade to Android 11. And today May 28, 2022 it offers me to update to Android 12 (still the latest out of this moment excluding Android 12.1 or Android 12, which is a Tablet version of Android 12).
The phone is fast even the OS is upgraded twice. I am thanking Vivo that you developed/create this phone.

I already had the phone Vivo V19 Neo since Aug. 2020. It is pretty good. The camera captures beautiful pictures, the battery drains really long and when not used it only takes 10-15% of of the battery. Last year I updated it and it was still good too but the battery drains more quickly than at 1st, but now my phone is going crazy- it keeps restarting about 5-7 times and shutdown's 2 times everytime I open cellular data, and camera and it glitches whenever that happens. The sound/speaker cuts in and out when used it only works when I charge my phone...I rebooted my phone, I cleaned the speaker, I tried not using it so it will cool down but it's still happening- The guy in the repair shop said to do the steps and it still didn't work.
What do I do? Please I need help:(

Bought mine last year in June, I had no problems whatsoever but recently when playing games it would stutter after 15mins, it's not that bad but enough to notice it. The battery is still in perfect condition. It would only consume less than 10% the whole day if not used. I tried to do a hard reset and almost uninstall unnecessary apps, it did improve a little bit but not the same performance when I first bought it. I'm running out of options.
Does anyone have the same problem? Please share your fixes

Bought new v19 neo but I have a problem with automatic restart. Done the hard reset, removed all dl application and even the sd card and sim card but that didn't fixed the auto restar issue. Went to service center for repair but gave me back my phone still with the same issue. They cant even fix their own product.

Need Help, 30 Dec 2020What can you say about the Vivo V19 Neo? I want to buy it,... moreFor me its pretty good. I bought it Late-December 2020. No issues so far. First, screen is really great with the SuperAmoled display and that small punch hole. Performance is good but its not the best, when gaming I can play at highest settings possible. Camera is superb all cameras work great even the macro and night mode is great. Charging and battery is pretty great, lasts me up to 1 day of using with some games. Chaging is around 1% per minute
