Why does this V30 Lite (ME) and other latest vivo phones has a IP rating of 54 while even other latest cheaper phones all have IP rating of 64. It's so useless

Why on Earth do they need to launch the same phone under different names, and give the same name to different phones? This really should be regulated, it's way too confusing for no reason.
They should know that they have an issue with naming when they get to the point, where they have to include the specific market of the phone in it's name..
