Please for over two month now have not been able to open whatApp on my vivo v3 max. It bringing something like your device is not allowed to use WhatsApp which means is barnned from using whatApp. Plz vivo company help me to find solution to it

I have been using this device for 6years now. It is an amazing phone. The only problem is heating. It gets warm if you play games for some time and also it loses fps while playing games like bgmi. I think it falls even up to 1 fps. It can charge very quickly and the battery will drain very fast also. Its camera is decent and has hdr support. Even after 6 years it runs likea champ even though its power and volume button are broken. Its performance is excellent even now that i dont want to change my device

it's an ok phone but after long time use, I have issues about the battery, it run out so fast and one other thing is this phone is not for heavy gamers, well it can play games but after about 1 half hours and it started to heat like crazy. But overall this phone function just fine. :)

I have been using this phone for about 5 years now, superb phone till date, I want to buy another V series phone and I hoping V23 comes with Snapdragon 778 or above.
Vivo please launch V23 model phone with Snapdragon, I will never switch to any other brand and loving this Vivo brand. Vivo should manufacture phone that support 3.5 mm headset jack, memory card, dual sim or hybrid sim, Snapdragon chip and good battery. At least 3 year software support like they do in their X series. If all these are present coupled with decent pricing they would kill the market.

But now I feel it's overloaded of my data as time demands. Though I am going to purchasr X50pro, I will keep it with me as second option, as I am big fan of V3max!

the phone is okay for me and am enjoing it. But i have a challeng the phone inner flex which consist of charging point,mouthpeac and other things got spoiled.if anyone can help me with the flex .i will pay for it

I bought this phone in mid 2016 and despite using it heavily for the past 5 years, I would say it's performance is almost as good as the first day. The main problem I'm facing now is that the lock screen button is no longer working but I think that's mainly due to the thousands of times that I've dropped this phone, which adds to how great it is as it still works well. Picture taken by this phone are sub par bit great at the time of launch. This is my first time writing a review but I feel like I owe this phone a 5 Star rating for how great it's been for the past 5 years. There were certain problems along the way but it's nothing too big (except for the lock screen button thing). Other problems I've encountered are that the phone sometimes turns off, which is why I've now decided that I have to change to a new phone, as well as it's limited storage space. Besides that, the phone has made some of my pictures unable to open for some reason which caused me a bit of heartache. Other than that, I am grateful for this phone. It's been a good 5 years.

Been using this phone since 2016 and now 6 years already. I still using it now. NO problems at all except the battery start to drain fast this year.

had this phone before overall ..its a good phone for me no lagg whatsoever but after a month the bettry is no good for me anymore , it drains fast .. playing normal game like ml is ok but will heating like crazy after 2 hours of gaming .. the camera is decent i dont use camera tht much but its okey tho ..

Anonymous, 30 Mar 2020very sad...my vivo v3 max phone was bought 2 yrs before..no... moreIt is sad Vivo never updated the Android version in V3Max in its entire software update life cycle. It arrived with Android Lolipop (5.0) a remained as it is.
I also have V3Max's successor the V5Plus. Vivo significantly improved the quality of V5Plus and updated it from Android Marshmallow (6.0) to Nougat (7.0). There was even words that V5Plus will have Android Oreo (8.0) but that never arrived and maybe only China.

If you take my personal opinion I think... morevery sad...my vivo v3 max phone was bought 2 yrs before..now its android version wat i saw is 5. it should upgrade android version...as i m unable to use googles latest technique “view 3d animals in your own space”
