vivo Watch 3 official teasers showcase design
The next generation vivo smartwatch is due to launch alongside the vivo X100 flagships on November 13 and we now have some official images for the wearable in its two color options. The teasers show Watch 3 will come with a digital crown button for navigating the interface alongside a side button, a speaker and microphone cutouts which likely means the watch will support voice calls. We’ll see at least two colors at launch with black and beige options.
Watch 3 is also expected to debut with vivo’s self-developed BlueOS operating system. The OS is based on the Rust programming language and will support multiple input capabilities including voice and gestures as well as seamless connectivity with vivo smartphones and wearables.

By multiple you mean smartwatches with thin bezels? If yes then they all are fake. Currently only Apple Watch has thin bezels but I need something compatible with Android. So it's a "no" for me.

Could be also 1:1 screen 2x wide, or it could be a glove as well, so many options... Right now it feels like apple watch clone 2, 3, samsung watch clone 4, 5,....
