As long as they have excellent post processing like the top of the line X200 Ultra, then I am warming to the idea of Dimensity equipped device instead of Snapdragon. Rooting is unnecessary these days, and SD has been heating more doing mundane things. My Xperia 1 VI often gets warm just watching YouTube (especially as the battery approaches 40%)...something that NEVER happened using my S20 FE 5G.
Let's see what the Xiaomi 16 has to bring first, though.

The Oppo Reno 14 pro shames this phone at its cheaper price. This phone has got to be cheaper otherwise this phone is DOA.

Cblk3 , 04 Jul 2025The only thing that is preventing me from buying this phone... morewhats software software all this about??? cant u use one android version for atleats a year or two??? the software comes with phone is already well optimized and u wont feel a thing to update to next version. since all the andrpid versions are same now theres no big deal in upgrading. stick to same android version for a year or two.
