According to GSM arena this phone is in the price range of 640 euroes ( 700$).If we see the specs,good camera,only mid range snapdragon,cores similar (even weaker) than huawei p9 lite,no android 6.0,this is hardly a phone in a price range higher than 450 $.

So either there are some typos in the specs(price range) or even camera or this phone isn't worth it.Unless it's 400$,then sure.

By the way,do you know if the snapdragon 652 is an upper midrange chipset? It's almost a high end chipset. Notice the big cores,A72 cores. And the x7 has it 4 of them. The 652 surely is one of qualcomm's high end octacore.
