vivo Y12 goes official with a 5,000 mAh battery and triple camera
The vivo Y12 that leaked earlier this month has just been officially announced.
The Y12 sports a 6.35-inch Halo FullView display having a resolution of 1544 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.3:9. It's powered by a Helio P22 SoC and comes in two memory versions - 3GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 32GB storage. It supports storage expansion by up to 256GB via microSD card.

The Y12 ships with a triple camera setup on the back: 13MP f/2.2 main, 8MP f/2.2 super-wide, and 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor modules. There's another 8MP f/1.8 unit on the front for selfies and video calls.
On the software side of things, the vivo Y12 runs Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9.

The phone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and is offered in Aqua Blue and Burgundy Red colors. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery which charges through a microUSB port.
The 4GB RAM variant is already available for purchase in India through the company's official site and Amazon.in for INR12,490 ($180/€160). There's no word on availability in other markets, though.
