Vivo y12s is really an excellent phone.....I got it on December and I'm still enjoying it till now
It isn't hanging or crashing.........I really love vivo products

The main problem is that the fingerprint option in the settings is nowhere to be found and I have tried almost everything and still nothing. I will really appreciate because I do not want to upgrade to the new version

I just switched on my phone yesterday then the fingerprint sensor wasn't opening,I had to use my password to enter my phone which is so stressful and annoying and I have tried so many things to no avail. I was thinking of updating my phone but after hearing so much complaints about the new update,I was discouraged. Please who can help me writing passwords is kinda stressful and I'm scared to go and update

How can I make my Sd card an internal storage on this device please...I'm suffering of low storage
