hai,i bought vio y15 just 20 days back in store by promoters advice.yesterday i used headset to listen music,i can't get sound in both jacks at a time.so i doubt that whether problem is in the headset or in the phone.so can anyone pls give me the sol to get rid of my problem

phone is very very bad. Phone cost is very high.in other brand phone in 8k, have so many feature. Ram is 512.this is not acceptable.Rom is 4 GB.lookwise this phone is not attractive. Totally waist of money. I bye this phone just 3 days. Now I want sell this phone.

I was totally west my money in this vivo y15 phone..I hv many poblm in this phone..most poblm is that application is automatically closed...I gone 4 timee in vivo care and they r 3times update my phone bt then same poblm in my phone..last time they r change the mother board of this phone..bt not hv any changes ......now I wnt to throw this phone in dustbin

i was so frustrated with this phone because it has only small Ram, lesser quality of specifications but with very very expensive price.please compare with another Chinese brands like Xiao mi, Lenovo, soon. I have bought it not more than 1 month, and I Will sell it as soon as possible. for another costumer please save your money by do not buying it.thanks

Amrinder, 24 May 2015I also face this problem....that automaticly close open app... moreI encounterd the same prob sir and had solved it two minutes ago. I solved it by buying bigger capacity memory card (16gb). then, I set my app which is not related to the system to be saved in the memory card (can be set from the setting). finally, games work fine fr me. hope this will help.

yest,i bought vivo15 in store at vja.it's good.but i have 3 things to say.
1.pomoter said that it supports 768mbram.but now at net i found it was only 512mb ram.is there any chance to upgrade it's ram to 1GB.so mobile will not slow.
2.she&he said that it has 2300mah battery.but today i found it's only 1900mah.
3.it's back door is very delicate.it feels like it may break while i'm remove to insert the sd card or sim for more times.
4.the last why don't u provide a phone gaurd or pouch when spending 8,000/- with no disc or offer.
finally suggest me is it good to buy a new model which don't know anything about it.
and at last i have a doubt that will it hang or slow when i download more apps,games or songs,etc.

Vivo Y15........i. simply hell ..... i am using this handset from last 1 month ...... hanging problem is at such an extent that it is better to use an nokia 1100 rather than this....company claims 5mp camera but the pictures quality are worse than even 3mp capera of other companies......coming to looks - it is nothing less than chinese.... chinese phone...just wana get rid of it.....dont waste ur money and get micromax android one or xiomi redmi 2 .....simply frustated ...... CHINESE..

i brought this when i was in thiland and it the best but one thing that annoyed me is that its always say it "HAS REACH OPTIMAL OPERATIONAL STATUS" and it close any app that im in please fix this.
