This phone is very good for social media and light gaming. But after I updated to Android 15 I think my phone has a WhatsApp notification bug when I play a game there are messages coming in from whatsapp but after I checked there was none, People who message me and also after I updated to Android 15 I feel like my phone is heavy and also wastes battery

Wye, 13 May 2025Updated to android 15 today..oh no this newer firmware vers... moreI have upgraded to Android 15 and it seems the battery runs out quickly but after I turned off location, Bluetooth and mobile data, the battery life is better.

Updated to android 15 today..oh no this newer firmware version drained the battery quite fast. Im regret to upgrade it too soon.Should hear some other's opinion.

For the price of about 160 Cad it's a great phone. 6 GB or ram and 128 GB ROM it's not laggy so I wouldn't go with less then 6gb memory, forget about 4gb version. Most of people who complain about it don't know what they are talking about and comparing basic phone like this with much more expensive phones. It even comes with a rubber case plus screen foil installed so if u need basic phone that will work good grab one u won't regret it.

Nah bro this isn't good at all I feel like my phone is defected because I've been only using this for 5 months or more but I feel like the performance of this phone goes slowly and slowly day by day and now everytime I play mobile legend sometimes it Freezes and my hero just walk on it's own, I have a good internet connection my average ping is 10 and sometimes it can go to 3. It annoys me how this phone work so slow that even every time I look at my notifications I feel like it's about to explode like wth did you guys put an motor engine inside this mtf phone. This is also the reason why I sometimes punch and bend test this phone, tbh the durability is great highly recommend for someone looking for a Phone to practice punches!! The durability is the reason why I still can use it even I dropped it in 3rd floor and sometimes bend test it with all my power! If ever you can upgrade your Y series Phones I'll buy 5 of it. Also you can just give us some update to fix this problem then I'll give a more more more positive review

I am using it for almost a month. It is good phone but not yet great on this price range. Even the camera 50mp but feels like only 5mp maybe because of low screen display density (not FHD). Battery stated as 5000mah but feels like 3000mah or at least less than 4500mah only. Actually it has only 1 functional main rear camera (upper) but the lower one I think just dummy lens because when cover the lower lens I still can use all the camera's mode (photo & video modes). Volume or overall audio is good. Screen refresh rate stated as 90hz but when tested with some "heavy" games I dont think it can achieve that rate maybe just 60hz maximum or lower. Overall I feels satisfied but the only 1 thing I feels "dumbest" about this phone is speaker design was placed to upside not as regular phone which usually directly facing to ear when make calling only has 1 speaker which means anyone nearby you can hear your conversation which make it less privacy when you are on calling. So I hope the other phone manufacturer never do this dumb "mistake" to their phones. LOL

I've been using this phone for a few weeks, the camera is actually okay although not very good at taking pictures even though the camera resolution is 50MP.
There are some drawbacks when opening some applications and the multitasking of this phone is very bad, so it is highly recommended not to buy this phone if you want smoothness in using it.
I suggest you buy Oppo, Realme, or Samsung if you want a smooth experience and long-term use. For Vivo, don't buy the Y series, buy the V series instead if you have enough money.
