My previous 2 vivo were more user friendly. Y20 cannot crop screenshot easily, all Easy touch function not working, cannot hide camera button on lock screen etc, y20 is a regret to me.

I was also thinking about buying this phone but after reading these comments I got disappointed so I searched a lot about this phone.Finally I get the answer why users are complaining about it.
Actually Vivo is playing a game.There are two models
1. Vivo Y20
2. Vivo Y20 2021
Both are same but Vivo Y20 has following specs:
1.Slow-mo
2.Snapdragon 460
3.18w flash charge
Above features are not it Vivo Y20 2021.People are buying this just because they are thinking that it has 18w charge,slow_mo,SD 460 etc. But 2021 model has Mediatek P35 which is even worse than Snapdragon 460.
So If you want to buy this, try to buy the model which has 2021 written on the front of box.

I bought vivo Y20 last week, so far i'm not satisfied with it. Audio was really bad, and not so smooth either, and it taking to much time to charging too!
