I don't know how to use a slow phone I play heavy online games, and y20 game booted nails it. I multitask allot that phones hangs but my y20 has never hanged nor stops responding. Vivo really tried on this device. Go and buy the real deal and stop all these nonsense hate speech

It has insanely bad connectivity issues.l... moreSincerely speaking those of you complaining bought The wrong y20, I play game alot such as ART OF WAR 3, it's an online game and it runs very smoothly, more so, I even bought my y20 second handed with shattered calibrator and yet calibrating perfectly. Biometric is superb. No issues at all. You bought wrong device and blame the company for it. That's insane

I don't know why you guys have problems with yours. I had mine for a while now and mine is as it is as new.
Try taking care of your phone better, cuz mine runs great.

The rear camera is suck (blurred), my old cheap redmi 3s has better cam than this shit and also have remote control for TV or AC (I.R blaster), radio, etc i'm very dissappoint for this thing please give me a new update to fix my cam normally

Terrible camera. It does over sharpening and over saturation. Very unclear for landscapes and similar photographs. Videos are choppy and again very bad. The phone itself is slow.

Bad phone. The only thing the phone can do is listen to music. The "ultra game mode" is terrible cause the games still lag like under 20 fps. Please don't consider this phone

Worst phone ever. It has insanely bad connectivity issues.like if I'm not in the room the wifi router is in,the phone will start having extremely slow connection.I use 200mb/s wifi which is not slow,and this issue does not occur with my other phones(Samsung s20,Realme Narzo 30) and if I started receiving a lot of Whatsapp messages the phone will crash. even simple games like subway surfers crash(PUBG is almost unplayable)fingerprint lock is also broken,the phone doesn't recognize my fingerprint even when the fingerprint sensor isn't dirty. I will never buy anything from vivo again.camera is terrible,I need to put the phone on a stand to take proper photos. If your thinking about buying this phone,pls consider buying Realme narzo 30(which is cheaper and 1000 times better. )
