I have worst experience with this phone. my oneplus mobile dropped so i purchased vivo y21 for temporary purpose of my site Civil works(i.e Im a Civil Engineer), you can say for a month. after 3 days of purchase it feels like already 4 years used mobile. hanging, apps not able to open & taking long time, even when i get call i cannot see who z the person calling me, totally blank screen for sometime, by the time call will be disconnect. even it has extended 1GB RAM but no use, Feels like 2GM RAM performance.
i don't play heavy/normal games. i use only outlook, teams and Gmail apps for office purpose only but still not able to handle caller, Camera, google map app also. seriously i regretting buying this. Instead of vivo y21 i should have bought Mi/redmi low budge mobile under this Vivo y21 budget .
This is my experience for 2 weeks after purchased.

Viva for Vivo Y21. Its s great phone. Very satisfied with phone. It exceeded my expatations. Great price to. Very fast and has good features.

I thought it would be a good one considering 4 GB RAM. Read some of the below comments and not sure why it is called as good phone.
I just 4 apps in this phone
1. Outlook
2. MS Teams
3. Facebook
4. Youtube
The refresh rate is soo poor, Video streaming is also poor. It is like a brick on my desk. I hear the notification and read my mails in laptop. Don't think i had to buy 12-14K device to send a notification beep and use it for elsewhere.
Perhaps Battery life is good and that's because I don't use
Bluetooth doesn't sync with Sony Subwoofer whereas my other Samsung gets connected like a charm. In comparison I have Samsung A32 bought about year back, all the listed above apps works like a charm and battery also sustains for 1.5-2 days consistently.
Vivo could be a good phone maybe based on the usage, but definitely not good for me or for official usage.

People tend to make fun of Oppo and Vivo because they're telling the truth, you're literally getting scammed and got brainwashed by thinking it's the best phone and "everyone" should buy it.

4 Gb Ram is working like 2 GB..
It hangs and many applications you can't install in this phone...
