vivo Y300 Plus unveiled: Snapdragon 695, 50MP camera, and 5,000 mAh battery
vivo announced the Y300 Pro last month, and today, the brand followed it up with the Plus model. The vivo Y300 Plus comes with the Snapdragon 695 SoC, 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable by up to 1TB via microSD card.
The vivo Y300 Plus features a 6.78" FullHD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz screen refresh rate, 1,300 nits peak brightness, and wet touch support. The panel also has a centered punch-hole for the 32MP selfie camera and a fingerprint scanner underneath for password-less smartphone unlocking.
Around the back, we get a squircle-shaped camera island housing two cameras - 50MP primary and 2MP auxiliary. The Y300 Plus comes with AI Erase and AI Photo Enhance in addition to the Wedding Style Portrait filter for Indian bridal pictures. Moreover, it features five movie filters for videos: French movie, European and American film, Japanese movie, Old movie, and Silent film.
Other highlights of the vivo Y300 Plus include Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14, IP54 rating, 5,000 mAh battery, and 44W charging.
The vivo Y300 Plus is offered in Silk Black and Silk Green colors and costs INR23,999 ($285/€260) in India. It's up for purchase through vivo's official Indian website, but availability in other markets is unknown.
