Vivo Y31 is a good phone but there are some issues with this:
1. As per the conversation with other people who holds the same phone has the same issue which is "Back Panel" is not properly fitted. It makes "Cracking" sound when you slightly press the left side
2. It hangs randomly for some seconds when you open the screen
Otherwise, the phone is good. The camera is amazing. Battery backup & fast charger works well.

This phone is not available in sea (South East Asia), it's only cuz y51 is the same as this phone, just 8gb ram only, has 48+8+2 camera setup instead of 48+2+2 and has a better processor (just a little bit faster)
So that's why if you come to India u can buy it.

Messenger popup had heavy error that ever notification alert again and again alr seen wotds.
Incoming also error that auto declined income call.
Proxi sensor weak and need to change place that sensor location.
Album show case not like.
Contact,message,call log not like coz not simple to check.
Screen tough need to improve not exactly point.

*Camera not bad*

I purchased this phone 2 days before. It Comes with preloaded bloatwares but you have the option to remove them. Theme app only have paid skins, fonts and wallpapers and there are ads as well in theme app. So that's what I didn't like but rest is fine. Camera is lil disappointing. Performance is good for normal use but I am pubg lover and performance not up to the mark. Not worth 16k honestly.

The phone is very smooth the user interface is user friendly and easy. No ads so far. Battery backup and camera is outstanding. My second Vivo phone and i like it. No bugs no complaints. Thank u Vivo.

A lot of better spec phone, i choose because android 11, it's not perfect snapdragon 662 but it's for second phone. At least don't have advert everywhere .

If you want value, I don't recommend Vivo phones. I can buy Redmi Note 9s, Poco X3 & Poco X3 Pro in price of this phone.
Their specs are 300% better than this phone

But there are better phones for the same price for the y31 such as the realme 6 pro, realme 6/7, redmi note 10 pro or poco x3
