Bought Y31L in 2016. Very happy with this phone for 3 or 4 years. But it just can't serve any more. Lots of issues these days. Short battery life, interrupts typing when data or message comes in. very slow now. 16Gb not enough now and processor slow.

This phone is good but when I reopen any app it reload again and mobile also Lags and hang please new update and solve our problems If this opinion reaches to you thanks

Please I used vivoy31 for 3month and it get spoiled screen lights and it's difficult to fixed it am from Ghana is that any company in Ghana I can get the company and send it for repair.please l really need the phone it's very nice.Thank you

Y31L, bcos of this hp... I trust in vivo. No problem at all, still fully functional. Even though a low end small spec. It serve ot purpose, mostly for streaming. Not for gaming or selfies.
