I have this phone for 4 years plus now no repair, no course for alarm, if am getting another phone it be a bigger vivo, keep the good work.

Best phone. Literally using almost 4 years and no problem at all. I never go to the service center once. It was launch in 2020 after launching in my country I buyed it and almost every type of game and every kind of game runs very smooth and perfectly. Really enjoyed to play games. Best mobile still ko problem with it

Well it's nice no problems till now

It was launched way back in June 2020
Using it as my main phone from early 2021
It's been 4+ years till the device is made and no problem, I haven't gone to service centre once , it's a achievement idk why vivo discontinued this phone and everyone got stuck on Android 10
But to be real that's not a problem that a benefit
It supports the device to run as smooth as it was new
No overload of new heavy software updates. Running Android 10 with ease, I tried uncountable games on it and even maxed it out to it's death , to be real it's 2.5lakh antutu score and it's giving great performance even after 4 years I can run latest games on 60 fps that's a magic , i have to use mid settings for stable pure 60 fps without any fps drop but games optimisation also Matters some games also can be able to only run on high end devices without having anything in it.
It somehow handles everything I throw at it
Btw camera is a little mess
It can take very great photos in sunlight or anywhere lightning is great that's it
It can take night photos that's great but quality decreases like it shatters
With pro mode you can turn black pitch area with light , amazing camera is used as it should be with enough knowledge.

ki pop, 12 May 2023is there any update now? my device still in android 10they abandoned the update for this model. i feel sorry for you dont get further updates. even other who own this phone, dont get updates. they are being stuck in android 10. meanwhile the Y30 gets android 12 and it has worse specs than Y50.

A decent device. Not too great but it get the job done for me. And I'm also love using it . But there is one thing vivo has done wrong with this phone is that they abandoned it . I'm not talking about security update patch you will still have it . But I'm been using since the 1/2021 till now 3/2023 and no android update for this phone . It will stuck at android 10 untill the phone dead on itself or get stolen from you . No android update . It has android 10 from out of the box and it's still android 10 now . If you known your way around technology you can get android 12 or even 13 for this by the custom ROM . But VIVO will never give this Nice phone an android update . If you looking forward to buy this phone second hand or brand new just remember it will not get any android update besides 10 on the machine. Still have security update . Goog day lads . 😔😔

Y50 is good that i had ever used cell phones.
Battery is grate. Performance also still the same new as i used almost 2 years.

I used since 16months. My phone is still good for use. No heat no battery drain. Battery performance good and display. Everything is good and I love to use vivo Y50. This is not gaming phone don't waste your time who should want this mobile for playing games.

I just want to explain heating mostly depends on high battery usage due to multiple apps open or low network coverage if you resolve these 2 issues you won't get any problems even in a 2gb ram phone
