ok ive been using it ALOT i break it sometimes but it just slips outta my hand ok? and ngl this is the best vivo phone out there if u want a opinion the bad thing is it lags alot nothing else this phone is the best! w vivo for making this phone andtoid was the first phone in the whole world ima give my phone a kiss after this opinion woah thats too far but i am doing it w vivo

If responsiveness is your priority buy a Samsung, Nokia, Google, or Motorola.

This is, in my most humble and unbiased opinion, the worst smart phone I have a very had the displeasure of using.
Ever since we purchased it in 2020, it keeps coming up with new problems. Just now I find myself tapping on the Netflix icon with no response, as the app wouldn't open. It freezes a lot, it doesn't receive WhatsApp calls properly and stays stuck on "calling", and it has a stupid OS.
To make matters worse, the customer service is horrendous and doesn't care.
Stay away from this phone if you value your cash. We got scammed.

My mother has been using this for over a year now, but 8 times out of 10 when someone calls her on WhatsApp, the phone doesn't ring, as if there is no internet connection. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Also, this being my first exposure to snapdragon, I am extremely disappointed. There are no games or heavy applications on the phone, mostly just WhatsApp media, and yet it still lags all the time and warms up worse than my 2018 4GB Ram Motorola One.

I have 3 vivo y51 i bought for me & my family,what make me hate the phone was that you can't record voice call without not noticing the end user,and the other cell phone is not like that,please find something to do in your next update,because of that i will patronize your products again...

I'm using y51 and I think camera results are not satisfactory. Capture image with very low saturation especially in bright conditions.
Is there hidden settings to do it better?

I'm using this cell phone in blue colour since from 1 year, this is just awesome in design vice and build material too, unique design with unique blue colour, look likes a premium cell phone, solid in his performance and it's display is nevertheless than Samsung and iphone with descent and sharp contrast,vibrancy and situation. Camera performance is too edible and better than other brands camera in sane line up such as oppo f19 which i personally examined. It's just awesome 😎
The only function which i acutely feel is it update, since from inception it's stuck on Android 10, and this model is missing from vivo official page in update menu. I'm giving 9/10 for this unique mobile
