I purchase this mobile 21nov.2016 and my yesterday my vivo y51L has suddenly stopped working and shut down and never open this is very bad Quality of vivo .

It was so good until recently my phone started to operate on it's own, I mean it keeps on scrolling and then jumping from one app to another without me even touching the screen. It's really irritating.. Please help
