i have my vivo y51 almost 1 month ago. i have some problems regarding this phone already because when i am going to upload some of my pictures in my social media account my phone went off , the lock and unlock button doesnt work . when i try calling my vivo phone by using my landline hoping to open but it doesnt but i can hear in my landline that it keeps on ringing , but my vivo phone doesnt have response ?? what do you think is the problem ?? plss help me .. thank you very much i will appreciate your response :)

i m using this fon. this is amazing smart phone in the 10,000 range. evrything is fav, but display resolution are little poor. so guys without any hesitation go for it .
