The mobile was OK very first. But later I wasnt able to download apps in play store. It's asking to troubleshoot. Pls do help me to get rid from this problem

it's mazing phone super smooth, i have no problem at all, i already update.good battery backup nice and clean ui good camera no lags in gaming even in NBA 2K2016 overall performance was good.thanks vivo

Vivo Y51 is not good for me.When I play coc game, it came automatically force stop even It had Ram 1 Gb free to run.I miss from war stars of the game.Really bad. Then,my friend get redmi note 3, and it also has internal 16GB and RAM 2GB like my phone vivo Y 51. OK. His redmi phone can play Grand Thief and Auto very well. As for my phone y51, I can't play .example ; When I run or drive the car in this game,it is going with slow motion.I can't play at all.it is a really bad phone. fast is lying.

In vivo y51l kannada language is not added by default but even after adding that language by clicking on add language kannada language gets added but we dont get the entire letters of kannada language
So pls let me knw the solution
