-phone is very slow but is not slow a few weeks ago. I did not install any apps before it went slow. I just use it for online class. Then suddenly, everything became very laggy where you cannot use it properly anymore.
- sometimes it touches by itself.
- Sometimes you cannot touch it and after a few minutes, the unresponsive touches works and it clicks multiple times.
-Screenshot does not work sometimes
- camera problem, very laggy. cannot even open camera in messenger sometimes
-connectivity issues. There is a good signal but no connectivity.
-it aways hang
-goes home by itself even though i do not press home
-some apps cannot be opened
- sometimes i unlocked it and then it will lag for a couple of seconds, then it will ask me to enter pin again.
CONLCUSION: I JUST CANNOT USE IT IN ONLINE CLASS. I cannot open multiple apps just like when it was new even though I did not put many things and apps here. I do not even play games. In school, I missed online classes because of how lag this thing is. I cannot use it in Zoom sessions! It is no reliable. When there are recitations, I just cannot recite properly. And if I open another app like messenger while having a Zoom session, everything will go down to the point that I cannot use it and I struggle. Whenever I type, the letters on the Stock keyboard are missing! There is also an input lag. This phone is just a trash and cannot be used properly anymore. I WANTED TO STUDY BUT THIS HINDERS ME FROM DOING SO.

i drop my phone and it was devastated but before that the performance was great i will buy again another vivo

My camera didn't work for about 6 month. And then after the newest update around october 2020, the problem solved.

This is my first vivo, used as a backup phone, my main phone was iphone 11 pro max and i will avoid vivo brand at all cost!!
i was never ever drop this phone at all and always using bumber casing
just a few mths before warranty expired the rear camera broken by itself!!!
and the best think is, my friend also using the SAME BRAND AND MODEL also
having a SAME PROBLEM!!!
He was send for repair and broke again!!!!
even i have a warranty left for 2/3 mths and i refused to claim for repair coz i will know,
i will have the same problem.
just concentrated with Samsung Brand and had a 5 samsung and a few iphone and my iphone 3gs still working until now did not have any problem at all.

I purchased vivo 1811 in India and then came back to USA. I tried to reset the REGION from INDIA to USA. sorry to find that USA is not even listed as an option to select from. Therefore, what ever number I dial in USA, it goes thru but the carrier name cmes out as Guj telecom, maha telecom, Haryana telecom etc. It does not recognise usa networks.
Can anyone help?

2 months after 1 year warranty expired , the back camera and flashlight does not work. Vivo said motherboard is spoilt. RM 300+ to change .This is known issue with VIVO.Extremely dissapointed with this Brand.Don't bother buying!

My camera didn't work to...but i try to instal third app, like camera 360..it just work..but the camera is reverse..>.<
And this because firmware vivo have a problems..just wait for updating firmware
