has anybody had a problem with the phone charger conection as this has always been a problem getting the charger to stay in.

Unfortunately, this handset does *not* record the sound as well when you're recording a video clip. It's not a problem with yours, it's a feature of the handset I'm afraid...

ive got the songs onto the phone and then i go onto gallery then down to t-flash manager,i click on the options to move then phone but it says i have no more space? please help as i have not put anything on there so how can i have no space left ?does anyone know?

this phone does not do anything that it says on the tin not even work at all after three months ,intec who you have to send the phone to get repairs say the phone is rubbish and aftersales is too wont be buying a vk phone again any time soon

Any idea whether we can use new Motorola chargers for this phone or not? (L6, V3) They both use the same mini USB connection. It sure would simplify things.

Forgot to mention, that when you've successfully copied your MP3 files to your T-Flash card, you can find them in the main menu, then "Gallery", then "T-Flash Manager". If they have a question mark (not a musical note) displayed next to it, it's been copied in the wrong music format. Download an MP3 converter, run the track through it, and try again...

I'm a mobile phone advisor, and there are a couple of problems that regularly appear with this handset...
1) Problems transferring the MP3s to the memory card. The solution is first to unplug the handset. Then, enter the main menu, select "Settings", "PC connection", then "T-Flash Card". Then reboot your PC, and once it has restarted, plug in the handset again, and it should recognise it as a removable disk, onto which you can drag and drop your MP3s. Another point to note is that this is a pure MP3 player, and will not accept WMAs, or other audio formats. So if it's in WMA, convert it first. You do not need to install the disk of software to transfer MP3s.
2) Keypad lock - Enter the main menu, "Settings", "Phone Settings" and then "Auto Key Lock". Switching this to "off" will stop the keypad from automatically locking, which soon becomes irritating.
My advice would be, that if you like this handset, save up and buy the L6, saves you a lot of hassle in the long term...

It does not say pc connection. Iv even pluged the phone to the computer, and not a sausage! Not even anything different on my phone. im so frustrated right now.

its should say pc conetion on settings its number 51=display 2=sounds 3=phone settings 4=security 5= pc conetion u have to swicth it to t-flash to get the phone to conect but sorry i dont know what to do from there thats what im stuck on !

The disk that came with the phone will not even register. I cant work out how to get the songs onto it, and once im onto settings, it dosnt say pc connections. help me please
