hello there i just bought my vk phone from the store and down load some songs in my phone but the i can see the songs it seems as if the phone is having a virus i tried using the device on the net but it did not go they told me i need a soft ware program on a cd but i was not given any soft ware program on the cd

hello all!! ive been using this phone 4 a year..well,,4 the first 3 months,, ive been suffered all problem that all of you had listed...but after i send it to the service centre to fix the problem,,it never did wrong after that... for those who want to know,,the service centre is just located near the Subang LRT station..n for those who want to know how to fix its configuration problem can email me at izzatsairi2002@yahoo.com.au... tq all...

Guys'... someone cery close to me switched my nokia n80 with vk2020, and i really liked it, while i was in kenya i could connect to the internet at any time any where but since i travelled to uae i'v been trying ever since to reset it to factory settings so as to get the new internet settings but to no avail.. so plz help is there a way to get connected in the uae does anyone know or have any idea... plz and plz help, i really want to get connected to the internet on my phone. thankin u in advance.

I baught the vk2020 and is problematic.No battery,the speaker doing thriller noises ,and the microphone is dead!
At the same time everything is fine...

hi, i was given a VK2020 mobile fone about 5 months ago and just a, day, the fon went off and since then, i have not been able to use the phone. when you turn it on, its just the inside light that comes on and it keeps going on and off and since then, i have not been able to use it. help.

I really like the Phone very much. Mine was given to me by an uncle abroad. I'm having a problem with the language. Could anyone help me on how to change the language frm korea to english. I love the phone and don't want to loose it.

Press and hold the # button for abt 3secs. Key in the pincode - 0000 (which is the default) and u will be able to unlock it.

Hi
I just got given this VH ST-200 phone by my step-daughter as it was her old one and I was fiddling around with it and accidentally turned on the key lock. I now have no idea how to turn it off without the password. Please could anyone shed some light on the password as I now have no access to my contacts etc and want to scream as I now have a cute little phone that I cannot use......... please help anyone!!!!!
