1.Install Clockwork Recovery

Download the 1st one v2.3 signed and place it to ur sd card.. Rename it update.zip (its already a zip so dont need to mention .zip).
2.Restart ur phone and press and hold Power+Volume Up Button.. it will goes in Recovery Mod.. Apply Update from Sd Card.. It will intall New recovery..
3.Download Cyanogen Mod 7.1 from this link (At Number 2) and copy it to ur Sd card Parent directory..

4.Now again Boot ur phone into Recovery Mod by using Process at No.2..
5.Choose option Install zip from SD card..(Before this u should be backup ur current ROM (Option Availabe)
6.Select Cyanogen MOd downloaded zip file..
7.Press Power Button For Ok..

I am very happy with my phone but if we could get some feedback on how to reformat the phone so that I can get my pictures onto my computer that would be very helpfull .

i have using this Vodafone's Smart 858 Android Mobile
its really a nice experience of Touch, Videos, Music, Navigation, Maps, Latitude, Places, T.V, and many more.
The most important feature of this is Documents like...Powerpoint, xls, Pdf, Doc.

This is the link to upgrade ur vodafone 858 to CYANOGEN MOD 7.1 which is Gingerbread 2.3.5.. Its very fast responsive and excellent options and customization..
First install signed clockwork recovery mod 2.1.3 in recovery mod using option update.zip then install the downloaded zip file of CM 7.1 AND ENJOY..
