Strange , my back camera is worse than the front one.The images are verry blurry no mater the condition...light etc ,i had 1,2 mp cameras with better quality.Maybe is a deffect.I instaled google camera and open camera.....the same.

Hi, I bought a dual USB storage device to download straight off my phone but the phone doesn't recognise it when plugged in. Idownloadedd Videophones recommended driver for my Smart 4 Turbo, still nothing. Any advice or help welcome please. The USB is a Kingston ... Please help ! King regards, Vendim

This phone is produced by Yulong not Alcatel. Read the manual on vodafone.com

Is a build of TCL Mobile, formerly Alcatel. Solid and fast, quite OK for a normal user. The quad core, RAM and Qualcomm are definitely plusses. Worth a try
