We fondled the Samsung Galaxy Note7, here's the video

Peter, 03 August, 2016

We're gearing up for the full review of the Samsung Galaxy Note7, but we're still pumped up from the event yesterday, so we put together a short video.

It begins, of course, with the iris scanner. This unit wasn't set up for us, but you can see how it works - you see your eyes in a sort of night vision view. You have to roughly line up your eyes with the markings and wait a moment.

The revamped notification area and toggles are next. Then a quick look at the bottom where the most exciting features are - the S Pen and the USB Type-C port.

Samsung changed up the camera UI, which you can see around the 1:50 mark. A new addition is swipe left for color filters, right for camera modes. Finally, at 2:30 we play with the S Pen a bit.

After the bustle of the event, we have time to try out some of Galaxy Note7's accessories - tomorrow we'll update you with more on that.
