It Is not user friendly. What in other brands goes by default, with Wiko you have to work hard. Importing contacts from SIM, moving files, connecting to a USB and even connecting to a PC is complicated operation, for everything you need a permission. Wiko 4 Is better than Wiko 2, so maybe Wiko 20 will be all right.

This is totally the worst phone I've ever had. Trying to get it to charge is pure hell on this 4 month old phone. Constantly erasing my texts because I accidentally hit the circle right below the space bar. Like who wants to press any of those while texting is beyond me. Definitely not senior friendly. As soon as I can get another phone. This garbage is going in the dumpster.

This is the worst phone it's constantly freezing I can't even answer it sometimes or call out because the screen is frozen I've had it for two months I know it was cheap 36$ but I've paid less and have never had the problems I have with this phone I will not purchase Wilko

This phone is extremely cheap for all the features that it has. EXTREMELY cheap. I use this as a second phone (for my second SIMcard) and I bought this as a present for my grandma. It has incredible camera, can download any app in store, dual sim, and it looks really good. If you want a fast phone go and pay 500$ for one. This for 50$ is more than enough, I think it is a steal actually because it is almost nothing to pay for it. For normal stuff it is perfect, I can't complain.

It's the worst phone I ever had my old Nokia brick was better than this shit it gets slower and slower every day it never lets u connect with WIFI and the battery is bullshit plz do not buy this phone it is horrible

I've been using this wiko ufeelgo for only 1 and a half months. Then, the screen began to lack and when I use the YouTube, it pause itself every 2 sec. It drive me crazy. Don't ever buy this phone because it's not a good one for you to buy

i bought this phone two years ago, after months of using i noticed that the phone is getting slower and slower in everything, you can't upgrade it to higher version of android and that's mean you can't use some apps, after one year and 2-3 months of using the charging port got broken, i wanted to change it but it's not available to buy, i waited 6months to get it, after i fixed that problem, the screen start acting crazy
