Waste of Money! Dont buy it. I use this smartphone in almost 1 year and the phone is lagging so much ( smartphone too slow), i tried to hard reset and re-install the stock rom and it doesnt change anything! Save money and buy another smartphone BUT NOT A WIKO!

I have a wiko lenny phone a few days ago my phone stuck on wiko logo on welcome screen and blocked there even if I tried to charge it battery logo appears without percentage of charging and the screen always power on and red led not working so i flashed it by sp flash tool but didn't work although sp flash tool program said phone flashed successfully!!
I can't hard reset it because it says : CANNOT GET ENCRYPT STATE
so please anyone can help me...

Catastrofic
Didnt recognize old sd card
I put it new
But still I got message Low memory even with a card of 32GB SD
I cant instal nothing cant make pictures
Telling me to remove to SD but there is no chance to move anything more
Waste of money
Lenny2 is android that i use just for calls and that is all
To not to mention that didnt recognize second sim card
Is this phone some kind of joke with us?

the phone can't switch on ......and its not anything to do with the batt. it just died by its self. its a waste of money. i regret buying this thing

Not up to a month I got the wiko lenny and it has develop a fault can't even make use of it anymore, so sad.

Angryuser, 06 Mar 2016I bought this phone for my autistic brother and its only be... moreactually I think I've got same situation like you. I just bought this phone yesterday. And I ask the center at FB.
Here, the explaination from them.
"Hi there, This is mainly due to the Back Light Setting of the phone which you have switched to Manual and select the lowest. There will be a new Software for update over the air soon to resolve this inconvenience. Meantime, you can resolve it by pressing the Power Button once, then click anywhere on the top left corner of the screen, the screen will turn on where you will also see the Brightness Setting. Set it back to Auto or Manual. If Manual, please do not set it to lowest. Hope this helps."
When the system will be updated?
"It will be pushed to your phone very soon. You can check out the Notification Bar within the next few days. It will go according to the activation date of your device for all consumers who have purchased the phone since 08 January 2016. We do apologize for the inconveniences caused. Cheers."
And I decided to change my phone to another brand today.

please anyone thinking of buying this phone. please. don't.. the phone is not good.. its just fine it is very slow.. it is very heavy and it will spoil quickly.. please I beg you don't buy it seriously!!!

I bought this phone for my autistic brother and its only been 2 weeks since he use it and the phone started acting up ex: the phone ws suddenly been turn off after he locked the phone. I dont get it how u manage to released this phone, it got lot of things to fix and improve. Do your business sincerely dont just simply think about the profit

I'm from Bosnia and this mobile is rare here. I have it about few months and Im not happy with him. Its to slow for this money,it isnt such expensive but for this money i could buy much better phone.tnx
