I had that phone in December 2015, although it was my 1st phone it was one of the worst ones ive ever owned, very limited specs, after few months it went laggy and warm after using it for not even an hour, battery only lasts 2 hours and takes a while to charge, camera is rubbish too, the phone itself it had been repaired after 1 year and 5 months old but lasted in total of 3 years because of swollen battery and almost impossible to use it anymore, wont even recommend Wiko, ive went with Samsung and i have no complain with their products i own at all
I dont even recommend Wiko at all

I´ve had this phone for 4 years and i must say that although it has the essential, it is not that good nowadays so don´t buy it, you can get a much better smartphone for the same price

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2016Did you tried closing every background app that uses to much RAMMy wiki Lenny 2 only enable internet on a 2g network which is E and it is very slow.I am wondering if I can't change it from 2g to 3g because I hardly can use APPS like play store and other social media apps like instagram I can't watch videos on Instagram neither can I download any app in play store because the 2g network moves too slow.If I am to watch a Instagram video it takes forever to load.

my phone has been showing "no data connection " I've tried going to settings to check "more" so I can reset APN But it keeps returning to home.

Faithcity My WIkLenn, 14 Jul 2017My phone is 9 months old now. It swictches off on it's own... moreclear the cache, gives me same problem till i was taught to clear the cache, so try doing it like once in 3months depending on how much you download.

Indeed I agree with all the above comments , can't download to SD card more than one AP eg. Facebook or messenger ! . During loading the tablet gets extremely hot !. Full charge at 23.00 hrs. 06.00 hrs. Empty ! Just got it back from returning it ( owned it 4 months ) I'll let you know how it developed . Yes not too expensive but does not come up to expectations !

My phone is 9 months old now. It swictches off on it's own often, extremely hot, can't save any apps after the download, and it notifies "Not enough storage for system". But the internal storage is about 4GB free plus external SD card storage of 8GB. And, when switched off and switched on later, it takes it above 30 minutes to reboot completely. Please I need to know of how to get its problems solved, and worked as usual especially that of space for apps instillation. Even after factory reset, the issue is still unsolved.
Please I need help.

have only 2 GB Memory inside and not 4 GB same i think before ! and the big problem was i have High speed internet 30 MB, but with this phone is only 6 MB, because internet is only 3 G in phone and not 4 G ! why i cannot see this information when i buy ? i buy after Wiko K Kool, cannot find in GSM Arena, is the same problem, Memory is only 4 GB and not 8 GB, and no 4 G for internet ! i lost money 2 times now, i cannot use it if internet to slow because if the phone .

i have purchased wiko lenny2 6 months ago. after that suddenly it heats up tremendously till the battery died. i went back to the store since it still under warranty they try to put new battery. After that the phone power-up as normal, but after 5 minutes the phone get too hot! (in the camera area). The guy performed backup and restore/factory reset process that leads formatting. After that it's still too hot! i have decided to send it for diagnostics and repair. After a week the WIKO SERVICE center advice me to replace the board. It a hardware issue that cost 200MYR (malaysia ringgit). So expensive where the original price of the phone is 299MYR.
