My Wiko Ridge 4G just won't work. The opening screen does not open and keeps heating up from time to time. Which is the recommended best compatible android version that will go well with it? I have tried 5.0 Lollipop but works for a few weeks before experiencing same problem

Check also the web site on how to fix the problems about this cp model.

mafan maf , 12 Feb 2016pliz pliz thy say it's a dual card where do I insert line 2?Sim 2 is the same slot as the memory card , it uses a nano SIM, make sure the cut side n fit it perfectly, I am using my wiko 4g as dual sim CP. U cannot use both sim card n memory card at the same time . YouTube has a video on using both sim n memory cards at the same time, but I didn't try it yet.

Anonymous, 23 Feb 2016Whats the difference between nano sim and micro simNano SIM is the smallest, next bigger is the micro SIM, here in the Philippines, when you buy a new sim, you got all the sizes of the sim, it's pre cut. Ask the store where you buy ur sim if they have the sim for your cp. Better let them install the sim card.

I bought mine about an year ago. first the phonebook would always hang and I couldn't access my contacts. About three months ago the phone would just switch itself off then on, then a blue screen would appear, and off the phone would go. recently the phone went off completely and hasn't woken up again. Pliz dont buy.

here download the kitkat download and install os by the user guide

My Wicko ridge is 7 months old. it did run smoothly and well for 5 months.It's now scary as it overheats easily, Switches off and on for reasons I don't know. When it switches off no button respond. After charging it for a while yesterday I removed the charger but the light remains red as if it's still charging yet the phone was off with the on and off butt unresponsive. Any advice on what to do to prevent these malfunctions?
