I have been using this phone for 2mths. The cam & video is EXCELLENT!! DVD quality really. But as a phone, its standard taiwan phone.. but its function is as close as nokia which includes: User profile, note, to-do, photo ID calling, etc, mp3 also decent..
Avail in M'sia, HK, taiwan frm asia..

Actually it was originally designed as a camera/mp3 player, the phone was an addition so i wouldnt expect alot when it comes to the phones features etc..

i havent tryed out this phone.. and prolly wont.. it looks very um... unique? i only said that cos im not allowed 2 swear.. ok yes its good 4 cam and stuff but noone has said anything about the phone its self ? thats what its mainly for isnt it ? someone wanna explain ?

why, in the name of god would you put a 3mp or 6mp camera on a phone? it's big, ugly and doesn't compare with a digital camera... i mean, who takes group pictures or landscapes with a mobile phone? it's laughable to see sombody doing this...

this phone looks great, has great multimedia functions. abit to good. manufactorer of this phone is a total idiot! how can they implement 3MP camera (i wount even talk about video!) and then put in the phone only 18MB of memmory!!!!!? the memmory will be full afther you thake only 10 photos!!! shure you can buy memmory card but thats not the point! for a phone with vga video (with 30F/sec) and a 3MP camera i demand a hard drive like in N91(4GB) or at least 512 mmc. you just cant put in a phone the best camera there is and then provide it with practicly the smallest amaunt of memmory you can get today in a phone!!! i rather have a phone with 1,3MP camera and with half of GB memmory space. this phone is just for shoving off and that sucks! thats my opinion. cya

There is no phone like DV2 about vedio recording.Its the best, in spite of the fact that no bluetooth& no IR.
I think USB & Reader are enough.
about the battery life, you can charge it every 2 days without problem.

i have this phone for 1 month now. The phone is great! the camera is the best in the market I would say.. Its 6.0 MP but it has resolution of 3.0 MP which is confusing.. but after all do you really need to take 6.0 MP pics (it takes like 4 mbs). The video recording is the best feature of the phone. Its like a digicam and can record videos in AVI format, no convertion needed when playing it on the computer. For the people that say wtf about bluetooth. You dont need it unless you want to send a 4 mb pic which would take you around 30 mins trying to send it to your pc, the data cable or card reader will work better. The playback function for videos is AMAZING... i just put a movie that I got from a DVD to my phone and its amazing (6 million of pixels screen makes it possible). Great phone for multimedia features, the best actually.
By the way im selling mine... i need to get back my smartphone lol...

It's a 3MP Cam. You can turn your photos up to 6MP using "Interpolation".
The photos are very good at 3MP!

can someone please explain to me what the camera is it says its a 3mp but whats the 6mp about and how do you get it to 6

I have this phone. I bought it last september from Wapzon.com. I decided to get this instead of the SAmsung D600. Big mistake. I now bought the D600 and I am much happier with it.
1. There is no lense protection, so you spend a lot of money for the camera, but cant protect it.
2. The other functions were difficult to use, for instance the MP3 player.
3. The speaker is poor quality.
4. Battery life is TERRIBLE. have to charge it over night no matter what even if you dont use special functions.
5. outer screen is worthless. mine stopped working properly after a few weeks.
6. No T9 so text messaging is tedious and difficult
There are a few good things about the phone.
1. Mini SD holds large abounts of information, better than samsung Micro SD
2. Camera/ picture quality and video capture
was excellent.
I would not recommend the phone. It is a bit
gimicky. Xcute has the right idea and they did a good job of cramming a lot of functions into one phone, however the overall quality of the phone is not too impressive. Hopefully in the newer models they will pay more attention to details.
