Please fix the battery SOT. I'm only getting 5 hours.
I have a poco f2 pro and mi 11 lite.. They give me min 8hrs SOT.
Now I need to charge 2 to 3 times a day, making my battery cycle higher and degrading with more charges.
Also YouTube and games make overheat..

I own S20 FE and im very familiar with xiaomis cause i owned Mi5 \ Mi8. It's simply not that well made like samsungs, and the samsung camera is always, and i mean always, much more sophisticated, better optimization, software, lenses and chip combo, samsung has simply mastered the cameras while xiaomi has and have had problems with photography, specially night scenes, overexposure, whatever. Now tnis one, mi12, has even more issues like overheating during game play and a few more. Considering the price (in my country it's about $1000), i would definitely go for S22, not to mention that S21FE is about $650. I think xiaomi lost its track, dunno what they think, but if they think they gonna reach huawei P20/P40 hype, they are deeply wrong.

It's adjustable though in the software, so I'm guessing Xiaomi didn't do this for no reason.

I am a Samsung fan long before S-series and android . But after they the S21 and S22 fails. I was dissapoint . If this phone had retain 1440p screen like the previos one had i would certain buy it because of decent size ( i don t like big phones) and 12gb ram is what i need for a smartphone. But i do agree that this one is better than S22.

I'm having bad screen on time at only 5 hours max.. Ver bad compared to my poco f2 Pro at 10 hr and mi 11 lite at 10 hrs.
Also overheating problems

About accidental touches: I tested the phone in a store and not once did i have a problem. I watched youtube, browsed the internet and other apps for about 30 minutes. I squeezed the phone very tightly and had zero accidental touches. I tested the 12 and 12x. The speed is pretty much the same, but the image processing and shutter speed is cleary better on the 12. The screen is just amazing. The device is nice and thin. Not quite for onehanded use but close. The battery drain in that time wasn't that bad, about 5%.
But still...I don't know if I should replace my Mi9T Pro with the 12. I'm interested what they will do with the 12T models. But I doubt that they will make such a compact device with great screen and camera. I hope for a max 155mm device with a flat screen and a OIS on the main camera. The 11T series were bunch of heavy bricks. :D
