As expected clumsy battery life, this year xiaomi went very bad for battery performance, redmi note 11 pro lost to last model too. But Samsung also did bad than previous, maybe its the snapdragon powerhungry chipset? But but Realme Gt2 Pro did well! Idk man so confussing

MIUI 13 is a total mess until now on X3 pro. Too bad for the good hardware but with awful software.
Phones gets stuck in dark mode, and it is not even a real dark mode. It's a hybrid between dark and normal and the UI it's a mess...

But people need to realize that this phone 69.9mm width, even your mi10 is totally different at 74.8mm. this phone freaking slim(good too hold though). You can check some youtuber that review touch screen experience on xiaomi 12, how easily they got annoyed by accidental touch (eg. Scrolling YouTube video, twitter etc) due to the area of our palm majorly accumulate the screen surface. I think s22 and iphone 13 is the true 2022 compact screen at 71.5mm flat screen. But im not here to discuss that because they were different target market.

I wouldn't buy another curved screen though, purely because I don't like typing on hydrogel, and flat glass screen protectors fit better.
Looking at the realme gt2 Pro, but the size of the original GT would be nicer.

This thing is going to fail by its curved screen. Already ordered S22, but otherwise this Xiaomi is really good. Would the Xiaomi 12 had a jack and flat screen i would have seriously considered it, albeit the software and support suck..

Beautiful phone but the most stupidest approach by xiaomi to use curved screen on compact form factor. Most user even struggle with accidental side touch on medium hand grip (majority of phone with 74-76mm width), but to use curved screen on smaller hand grip at 69.9mm has gotta be the most hassle and annoying experience for long term. Unrealistic and delusional thinking to not use flat screen. Hopefully xiaomi 12 lite will offer the logical dimension.

No telephoto lense for basic model
No IP standard
No OIS for all lenses
And many other shortages
In fact this phone is a midranger with a flagship chipset and smaller battery capacity.
